[[duke_rocha|Duke Rocha]]'s first outpost fortress holds the Western neck of Safehelm Isthmus between [[lake_safehelm|Lake Safehelm]] and [[great_stronghold_lake|Great Stronghold Lake]].  It includes breakwalled harbors for a protective squadron on either side,  as well as moats on either face of the fortress allowing the movement of ships from one side to the other without sailing East to [[safehelm|Safehelm]].
