[[duke_rocha|Duke Rocha]]'s city of [[semboch|Semboch]] sits on the Southern lobe, and Silvenesti elves under [[gilthanas|King Gilthanas]] have made their capital at [[new_silvan|New Silvan]] on the Northwestern lobe.
