Significant houses of civilized Harnic Elves include the Duchy Eltán, currently headed by [[eltan|Thalion]] of the family Paurgiliath, and [[lady_vana|Lady Vana]]'s folk, including many of her [[vinerunners|Vinerunners]], though some were recruited from the [[rainbow_barbarians|Rainbow Barbarians]].

[[lord_raza_vie|Lord Raza Vie]],  and [[oronto_ambarone|Marine Commandant the Lord Sithagong]], and Lord Ezzah of the Harnic High Elf Infantry are heads of smaller surviving noble houses.  

Many Harnic military units remain under direct Imperial Military aegis.
