Large fort about 60 miles NNW of the Sister Cities, guarding the Northernmost bend of the North Fork of the Orróduinë, or [[east_river|East River]].  Regular patrols between [[im1|IM#1]] and IM#2 guard the forest on the Northern bank of the [[east_river|East River]], and also serve as a common training exercise.
