Fortified base at the source of the North Fork of the Orróduinë, or [[east_river|East River]], where it emerges from the Northern overlook mountain outside West Gate.  It is about 85 miles NW from the Sister Cities.  It is a good sized fort, and garrisons the watch towers at [[im4|IM#4]] & [[im5|IM#5]].  Small boats are stored here sufficient to carry the full garrison of the watchtowers back to the Sister Cities, though its garrisons usually march in and out.
