Central tump, or round tower, of the [[channel_forts|Channel Forts]] across the [[dargonesti_narrows|Dargonesti Narrows]]. Anchoring the Eastern [[shay_head|Shay Head]] side of [[harbor_island|Harbor Island]], IN#11 mounts heavy artillery overlooking the Harbor and the approach to the Eastern passages.  Fortifications connect it to [[in12|IN#12]] on the Eastern heights.
