Naval Outposts IN#3 and [[in4|IN#4]] are the forts on the points that control the harbor mouth leading into [[east_harbor|East Harbor]] from the [[dargonesti_sound|Dargonesti Sound]].  In addition to significant artillery batteries, they are the bases for dedicated harbor patrol vessels, both of the fast interceptor variety and mobile artillery platforms.

IN#3 is the larger fort on the Southern point of the Harbor mouth.
