Naval Outposts [[in3|IN#3]] and IN#4 are the forts on the points that control the harbor mouth leading into [[east_harbor|East Harbor]] from the [[dargonesti_sound|Dargonesti Sound]].  In addition to significant artillery batteries, they are the bases for dedicated harbor patrol vessels, both of the fast interceptor variety and mobile artillery platforms.

IN#4 is the smaller fort on the Northern point of the Harbor mouth, and has significant landward defenses.
