Once a sacred tree of the Sylvanesti elves of Krynn, she was polymorphed into a red haired half-elf illusionist of great power by [[seth|Seth]], an avatar of the Chaos God 'God of Everything and Nothing', and moved to Nexus Prime.

She is revered by the Silvanesti, and by the [[druid_circle|Druid Circles of Arda]].

Some of her aged Silvanesti caretakers call her Laurelin.

Irda is a member of the [[order_magika_mage_college|Order Magika]].
