====== 'Lurch' the Arcane Quartermaster ======

Lurch is the Arcane [[imperial_officeholders_and_appointees:#Imperial_Diplomatic_Service|Ambassador]] to the [[start|Free Imperia]].  Arcanes have access to inter-sphere markets, bizarrely with no wait, but there's something strange about them.  The [[aragorn|Emperor]] has been heard to say that he doesn't trust them.
