PK#4 and [[pk5|PK#5]] are [[peacekeepers|Paurgiliath Peacekeepers]] fortifications helping with the security of [[ciwharnith|Cîwharnith]] and the [[southern_archipelago|Archipelago]].


PK#4 is a fortified lighthouse and artillery battery on Cîwharnith Point opposite a breakwall that limits the entrance to the grand Cîwharnith harbor. A fast response fleet stays moored under the guns of PK#4, ready to the harbor mouth.
