The Northeastern embayment of the [[bay_of_usakan|Bay of Ûsakan]] is home to the [[rainbow_barbarians|Rainbow Barbarians]] on Arda.  Their Capital  [[beriad_ostaurelian|Beriad Ostaurelian]], and their island outpost [[rb1|Rainbow Barbarians Outpost RB#1]] are here, along with a likely majority of their population at any given time.
