An island fortress with a magnificently protected harbor in the [[rainbow_cove|Rainbow Cove]], about 50 miles South of [[beriad_ostaurelian|Beriad Ostaurelian]].  

There are rings of tree forts as strong points in the horseshoe shaped Island Fortress; the mile long island in the center of the ring is the Whale Riders' home.  Some of the [[rainbow_barbarians|Rainbow Barbarians]] and some of the wilder [[dargonesti_elves|Dargonesti]] have tamed and befriended the local cetacean population, and live here when on land.
