Imperial Navy Fort IN#11 - Harbor Tump
Central tump, or round tower, of the Channel Forts across the Dargonesti Narrows. Anchoring the Eastern Shay Head side of Harbor Island, IN#11 mounts heavy artillery overlooking the Harbor and the approach to the Eastern passages. Fortifications connect it to IN#12 on the Eastern heights.
