Fortified base at the source of the North Fork of the Orróduinë, or East River, where it emerges from the Northern overlook mountain outside West Gate. It is about 85 miles NW from the Sister Cities. It is a good sized fort, and garrisons the watch towers at IM#4 & IM#5. Small boats are stored here sufficient to carry the full garrison of the watchtowers back to the Sister Cities, though its garrisons usually march in and out.
