The East River sources from Westlake, in the Westmark just outside the Western gates of Nexus Prime.

As it flows North it is joined by tributaries guarded by Paurgiliath Peacekeepers fort PK#2, and Imperial Military forts IM#2 and IM#3. The river turns East, passing by Odin's Folk's outpost OF#1 and Imperial Military fort IM#1 before emptying into East Harbor at Free Imperia Navy fort IN#1 and thus eventually into the Dargonesti Sound.
