Rainbow Cove

The Northeastern embayment of the Bay of Ûsakan is home to the Rainbow Barbarians on Arda. Their Capital Beriad Ostaurelian, and their island outpost Rainbow Barbarians Outpost RB#1 are here, along with a likely majority of their population at any given time.
