An island fortress with a magnificently protected harbor in the Rainbow Cove, about 50 miles South of Beriad Ostaurelian.

There are rings of tree forts as strong points in the horseshoe shaped Island Fortress; the mile long island in the center of the ring is the Whale Riders' home. Some of the Rainbow Barbarians and some of the wilder Dargonesti have tamed and befriended the local cetacean population, and live here when on land.
