Duke Rocha's fortress city of Castille controls the open end of the land between Fourth and Fifth Mist-Rib Lakes, butting against the lakes and moated on either side, and protecting small harbors in both.

The primary trading center and refuge for all the farmers, fishermen, and trappers living in the Mist Rib country around the lakes, Castille has a rowdy frontier culture. Beaver, muskrat, and otter abound in the surrounding waters. Moose, elk, bear, and wolverine are also common, and the fur markets of Castille are legendary.
