Duke Rocha's first outpost fortress holds the Western neck of Safehelm Isthmus between Lake Safehelm and Great Stronghold Lake. It includes breakwalled harbors for a protective squadron on either side, as well as moats on either face of the fortress allowing the movement of ships from one side to the other without sailing East to Safehelm.
