East Harbor Naval Yard. This is a well fortified but sprawling shipyard on East Harbor between the mouths of the East River and the Jojojopo River. While 'Jammer construction is kept inside the Sister Cities, any lesser task is being performed here regularly.

Riverboats, Ocean going vessels, and smaller craft are built in large numbers, and anything at all can be repaired. Cargo from, or headed for, the Jojojopo River is bought, sold, processed and upgraded. Millwheels grind grain, weave fabric, and power workshops. One of the largest ropeworks in the Free Imperia is located here. There are a wide variety of lodgings, taverns, and entertainments, including the East Harbor Rum Distillery.
