PK#4 and PK#5 are Paurgiliath Peacekeepers Outposts defending Cîwharnith and the Archipelago.

PK#5 is a fortification on North Cîwharnith Island, providing safety for the Harnic Elves settled on the Northern Island. The Harbor is over broad, but sheltered by the Southern Island and between a breakwall and the river mouth provides good shelter for a sizable squadron even in the worst storms.

It is the epicenter of the Paurgiliath Peacekeepers 1st Cîwharnith Cohort's ambitious dinosaur breeding program.
