This river fort on the Bay of Ûsakan defends and supplies the last river leg of the Free Imperia's great inland waterway. Guarding the Eastern end of the Thanihazad bypass, the fort sees a lot of traffic, and is heavily engineered and supplied. It maintains a significant wet-hull fleet, which with the Rainbow Barbarians, keeps the surrounding bay neutral or friendly, suppressing pirates, and maintaining naval superiority in the region. A sizable Marine contigent, along with coordination with the Rainbow Barbarians and Paurgiliath Peacekeepers forces in the area, and mobile force deployments from the Signal Company, West Arda Trading Company, and Imperial Military allows regular patrols of the riverbanks and surrounding forest. Relationships with locals are generally good, and steadily improving, largely due to the twin doctrines of overwhelming force and improved standards of living.
